Guardian Angel
Personal Alcohol Test

While there is no question that it is best never to drink and drive, the fact is that people do, about a billion times a year with little or no understanding of their actual blood alcohol level.

Moreover, countless studies have shown that people cannot reliably self-assess their alcohol level based on how they feel. A surprising reality is that 2/3 of DUI arrests are first-time offenders, many of whom had a few drinks, "felt fine" to drive, thought they were behaving responsibly, yet were working from a flawed decision-making process.

Guardian Angel's Personal Alcohol Test enables individuals to self-assess their alcohol level. It's convenient (fits in wallet, pocket or purse), fast (estimates alcohol level in just two minutes) and reliable (proven in laboratory tests and independent law enforcement tests).

Decide before you drive!

After soaking a test strip in the mouth for a few seconds, the user simply compares the resulting color on the strip to a "risk meter" on the package to estimate his or her alcohol level. The Guardian Angel test does not provide an exact measurement, but instead reliably estimates Blood Alcohol Content (BAC) within three risk ranges. It is intended to be used only as a guide and indicator, and the package clearly states that it is best not to drink and drive even at low BAC levels.

Law enforcement agencies in many states are using the Guardian Angel Personal Alcohol Test in conjunction with alcohol awareness and education programs. It is also proving to be an effective, popular alcohol abuse prevention tool on college campuses.
